product details
The Silver Bullet is a balanced IEM with a larger soundstage boasting a full metal housing.
Silver Bullet is all about soundstage and airiness. Once you replace the stock eartips with any good quality single flange, you will find a slightly warm sound with good airy and well detailed treble, better than average bass that is a bit low in speed and impact and a recessed yet not totally out of place vocal.

| Reviews | "Well, well. Where to start? They are stunning. Undeniably, unquestionably, irrefutably THE BEST IEM EVER PRODUCED sub $150. The stage is incredibly wide compared to most IEMs. It extends very far left and right and was a "decent" tallness factor. It is like a widescreen experience with tv, just in audio form. VERY spacious and separation is Grade A+. I do not know of a single IEM sub $300 that has a stage size that can compare to it that has all these qualities: |

Customer Reviews
- Good performance/value, especially if you can find a good offer.

Sound signature:-Bass Treble Value Clarity Performance vs. Price Mids
Wide sound stage, very airy and very laid back. Treble and clarity is not prominent, but probably it's due to airiness of its sound signature. It would be better if bass could be faster and punchier. The overall sound signature is pretty unique. Very suitable for long hour listening due to low-fatigue sound signature.
Build Quality:
The shiny silver bullets are built of metal, which is excellent. The weakest point is cable, which is below my expectation. Microphonic is there but it is acceptable. Cable is not replace-able, and I would advise you give extra care in handling. Gym/jogging/sports are definitely No.
Isolation/comfort:
Overall it's above average. No issues here.
Require amplifier?
Without an amplifier, the volume is a bit low on my x200 Thinkpad with built-in sound card. On iphone/ipad, it has enough volume, although I may max the volume for some songs. When it goes together with amplifier, I find it more fun, and has better impact/attack.
Foam or silicone ear tips?
I prefer silicone ear tips. The original package does not come with foam/comply tips.
Summary:
Overall, the Silver Bullet has good performance/value, especially if you can find a good offer. If you like wide sound stage and airy presentation, this is a good choice. Review by Alan
