Nuforce NE-770X In-Ear Earphone - Sky
product details

The NuForce NE-770X features design principles similar to those of the highly acclaimed NE-700, but with a somewhat different personality. The NE-770X wide-range, non-metallic drivers have been configured to produce a natural, supremely musical sonic signature without sacrificing dynamic punch, soundstage dimension, holographic imaging, or wide-band frequency response. The NE-770X polycarbonate body is acoustically inert and comfortably lightweight.
Note: To reduce rustling noise due to cord or ear tips movement while jogging or walking, loop the cable around the ear (from front to back).

"They were and still are just great!!! What great sounds they reproduce! The bass is perfect as are the mids and the highs just sparkle! I can't say enough about how good they are.
Ramsey Lewis sounds like he is in your living room on the piano. Voices are clear. You want to wring out a set of headphones or earbuds, try JS Bach's Toccata and Fugue with the volume cranked. Wow! you feel like you are in an organ concert hall! These tiny things handle all of it with no problem!"

"...it’s still really strong bass. The deeper, sub bass is there, but the big emphasis on the mid-bass can easily cover them up which is not as wanted. Still, texture is still top notch.
NUForce does improve upon the 700s comfort here by creating a lighter ‘phone overall. The comfort really can’t be surpassed. With 3 sets of tips, along with a replacement set for them, NUForce does give the standard to ensure users can get a proper seal with their IEMs. Are they the most comfortable IEMs I’ve worn? Probably not. Are they comfortable? You can bet they definitely are. "

"Out of the box I thought the bass was astounding for the price, and while very generous in power it was boosted mostly in the sub bass or deep bass, so that the mid-bass was not overwhelming and did not intrude into the mids. However, unlike my Denon AH-C700, the NE-770X mid/upper bass is not thin and the NE-770X add the proper amount of body and weight to instruments while tying the low-bass and mid-bass together better than the Denon.
The NE-770X mids struck me as slightly fuller and richer, and slightly less laid back than the NE-700X mids, although both of these are still a step up from my old Denon C700. The highs were smoother and more pleasant to my ears, partly because the upper mids blend into the lower treble better so the highs don't stand out on their own as much...."
