Return Policy & RMA Ticket Submission


TREOO Group Standard Return Policies (applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the TREOO.com website)
1. All products can be requested for Return Merchandise Authorization within warranty of return.

2. All returns will only be accepted after requesting for a Return Merchandise Authorization (by submitting an RMA Ticket).
3. Products with ONLY manufacturing defects, faults or damages and cannot perform as it is supposed to.

Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
1. Any product not purchased from TREOO.com
2. Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number

3. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
4. Any product that exhibits physical damage or shows any signs of user's mishandling
5. Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

Fill up the RMA Authorization form so that we can assign an RMA ticket to assist you.
