Q. Do I get local warranty?
Yes! 1 - 2 years depending on the model, with free refitting within 60 days in case you need to do refitting once more.

Q. What do the stated prices cover?
Standard IEMs/Reshell Package + Null Audio Enyo/Arete Cable + Ear Impressions* + 1st Shipment to Singapore**
*only for Rooth Professional Audio purchases 
** not applicable to subsequent shipment if required should there be a need to do free refitting 

Q. What is the usual turn around waiting  time, from the time ordered to receiving the items?
4 - 6weeks on standard by default. Option to upgrade to 3 - 4 weeks Express Order Service available.

Q. Do you provide Ear Impressions service?
Yes. FREE, only for Rooth Professional Audio purchases. Click HERE for locations of other certified audiologists to create your own ear impressions.

Q. Can I request for 2-colour IEMs (1 side 1 colour)? Can I submit my own faceplate artwork? Is there a Carbon Fibre Design?
Yes! For these requests, simply place your order as per normal, then write to us via email at info@treoo.com to inform us of your preferences. Do be reminded to quote your Order Number.
- 2-colour IEMs will be FREE
- Personalised artwork at SGD$40 (800x600 resolution in .png or .jpg file format)
- Carbon Fibre Design at SGD$60
