Review and comments
Visitors may post reviews, comments, photos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. TREOO.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant TREOO.com a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant TREOO.com and sublicense the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity. TREOO.com has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. TREOO.com takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of TREOO.com or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The use of any TREOO.com trademark or service mark without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.

Order acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. TREOO.com reserves the right, at sole discretion, to cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

An order, once accepted, is legally binding that you have accepted all terms and conditions at will prior to order made. Orders are to be fulfilled, unless otherwise confirmed by the management of TREOO Group via email that your order is eligible for termination on a case-by-case basis due to error on our part or other legitimate reasons stated by TREOO Group. No orders or pre-orders are allowed to be cancelled, or payment refunded if payment is already made, once they are placed and confirmed.

Order cancellation
Once order is placed and confirmed by our system, there shall not be any cancellation of orders which are of 'processing' status. An order will hold a 'processing' status when item is already paid for or when the item is being delivered. We will allow cancellation of orders if, and only if, TREOO.com is not able to fulfill the order due to limitations, in which, there will be an official email sent to inform you. Customers who wish to violate and proceed to terminate or cancel their order(s) are liable for the following:

1) Pay transaction penalty fee of SGD $15 upon request. Failure to do so may see a legal letter issued and further charges being brought against you, according to sections 417 or 420 of the Penal Code (Cap 224) under Singapore Law
2) Deduction of 5 Audio$ or 50% of balance Rewards Points (Audio$), whichever higher
3) Blacklisted account with limited privileges

Applicable Law
By visiting TREOO.com, you agree that the laws of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and TREOO.com.

Arbitration
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to TREOO.com or to products or services sold or distributed by TREOO.com or through TREOO.com shall be submitted to 'eAlternative Dispute Resolution of the Singapore Subordinate Courts' for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The number of arbitrators shall be one; The place of arbitration shall be Singapore; The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be in English Language.The arbitral award is final and binding upon both you and TREOO.com.
