Warranty Policy

We aim to seek customers satisfaction through the quality of our products. All products sold on TREOO.com are carefully selected and assured of its quality, and are 100% original and genuine products. TREOO.com does not provide any warranty for products sold on our website. All warranties will depend on the manufacturer or local distributor of the item.

Should any items be faulty upon purchase or are found with any manufacturer defects, please contact us at info@treoo.com to ask for more warranty information and details.
Your original audio product is covered by local warranty handled by the respective local distributors in Singapore from the date of purchase of a brand new, unused audio product by the original purchaser.

If you are not able to submit the e-invoice/receipt when making a warranty claim from the respective local distributor, you may be obliged to pay for any repairs carried out. Proof of purchase must clearly state the date of purchase from TREOO.com and the name of the product.

Limited Warranty Period
Different products may include different parts and they may have different Warranty Periods. The different Warranty Periods for these products varies between:

•• Twenty-four (24) months
•• Twelve (12) months
•• Six (6) months
•• Zero (0) for audio accessories such as cables/earbuds, etc.

The Warranty Period cannot be extended or renewed due to subsequent resale or replacement of the product. This Limited Warranty does not affect your legal rights under your applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer electronic products. Defective parts replaced within the Limited Warranty Claim shall become the property of the respective local distributors.

What is not covered by the Limited Warranty?
•• Faults caused by wear and tear, accident, dropping, mechanical damage, damp, moisture, chemical products, abnormal impact damage or force majeure.
•• Modification or repair by you or third party without the respective local distributors' approval.

How to get Warranty Service
If you wish to make a Warranty Claim within the Limited Warranty Period for Fischer Audio or FiiO, you may use the submit an RMA request using this link.
For Warranty Claims of other brands, you may proceed to the respective local distributor. If you are unsure of the local distributor to claim your Warranty, you may contact us at info@treoo.com to enquire.

You will need to provide proof of purchase and the affected part. Any defective parts covered by the Limited Warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Replaced or repaired parts provided during the Warranty Period will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.
