Shipping & Returns

At Treoo.com, we strive to bring you the best. That's why we absorb shipping costs.      
Our distributors, which are located in HK, take up to ~10 working days to ship to your location.

TREOO is looking for capable distributor/resellers and retailer.

We are capable of delivering bulk orders for your shop at very low costs.

We handle some major clients over Singapore and be rest assured with our quality services.

 

Returning

All items sold at Treoo.com are assured of quality and control. Should any items be faulty upon purchase or contain manufacturer defects, we are glad to provide 1-1 exchange within 7 days upon your purchase.

Returning rules does not cover the following
-mishandling of equipments (falls from height)
-intentional damages

*Terms on Delivery Service:

-Only backordered items require shipping fee.-Bulk Order(>50 Units) of big items(controllers,cables) require a delivery fee of $5

Privacy Notice

We use the information you provide only to complete orders and shipping. We do not share information about you with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We collect information from customers so that we can make fast deliveries to you. By creating an account, customers do not have to retype their information when making additional purchases.

FAQ

General

Qn : Can I buy something without registering an account?
Yes. You can pay by credit card. To do that, add the item to cart and checkout. You will then be presented with an option to pay by credit card via Paypal. However, it will be recommended to apply for any account so that you can keep track of the items purchases. Also, long time customers will receive monthly incentive coupons from us to purchase our products.

Payment

Qn: Can I pay by Credit Card ?
Yes, you can. All Credit Cards Transactions are handled by our major online gateway - Paypal.com. It is a reputable online gateway where transaction can go throught. It has wideworld branch support including in Singapore. (see Paypal site for more details)

Qn: Can I pay by Cash ?
Yes and No. For Majority of the products, if you select Cash and Delivery as a form of shipping, naturally cash upfront will be accepted. However, for some Promotional Online discounted price, only Paypal or CC is accepted.

Qn: What other payment method/s is/are there ?
Bank Transfer. If you feel safe and find bank transfer more convenient, (either thru ATM or Internet Banking), you may wish to select Bank Transfer as the payment method when you checkout. The bank details will be shown upon confirming the order.
IMPT : Do note that you must write your code description/username when you transfer so that we can trace your billing.
