Shipping Fees & Policy

TREOO.com will not be held responsible if goods are damaged/lost/broken in the shipping / posting process. Applicable only to requests for goods to be shipped/mailed, as well as backordered goods being shipped. We reserve the right to change or limit freight allowances at any time.

Processing time from when a order is placed to being shipping:
TREOO.com will try to get all orders that are placed through our store, packed and mailed out within the following 3 working days after an order was placed, in many cases orders are usually packed the following day and shipped the next subsequent day. Tracking for all parcels are forwarded to a buyer on the day that their parcel is expected to leave our premise to the post office.

TREOO.com offers a few methods of shipping, please read below the information provided on each method and which one will be the best for you to use when ordering from us:

Local Shipping Methods
1. FREE Local Delivery with Purchases SGD $50 and Above*.
*Only applicable to TREOO Members, this delivery option is applied Automatically by our system. Click HERE to see if you are eligible to apply to be a TREOO Member.

2. FREE Local Delivery for Purchases Above SGD $80**.
** Only applicable with the usage of a TREOO coupon. The coupon may be found HERE!

3. Local Registered Postage with Tracking System (by SingPost)
Users may select the Local Registered option for any item listed on TREOO.com for a flat fee of SGD 4.90. This option provides a tracking system so that parcel delivery can be ensured. Kindly allow 4-9 working days for postage via this method.
We are only authorized to ship to addresses within the territory covered by this trade agreement with Tat Chuan.
4. Local In-House Courier Service (within 2 Days*)
TREOO.com now provides in-house courier service. Quick, Fast and Reliable, right to your doorstep!
This option is available at a shipping fee of SGD 6 (U.P. $9). Payment by cash is also available via this shipping method at SGD 9.99 (see 4b).

All parcels shipped out via this method are covered by insurance. FAST & GUARANTEED Shipment!

5. Local Cash-On-Delivery (COD)
This method of shipping will allow buyers to inspect and test the device on the spot before making payment in Cash. Only applicable to orders for local deliveries (Singapore).

Kindly allow up to 5 working days for our TREOO Agent to get in touch with you to confirm Date, Time & Venue to meet for COD. 

b. Customer Specified Location (Anywhere)
It is hassle free for a flat fee of SGD 9.99. This means you can pay in Cash right at your doorstep! This delivery will take approximately 2-4 days for processing.
You may have a peace of mind as COD locations shall be specified by our customers, and may be made known to our TREOO Agents after they get in touch with you after an order with COD request is received.

Kindly allow at least 3-6 days, between time of contact by TREOO Agent and actual meeting, to facilitate coordination and planning.

International Overseas Shipping Methods
6. FEDEX International Courier Service
TREOO.com now offers International Courier Service with FEDEX. This mode of delivery does not include shipping insurance.

The shipping fees shall be as follows:
Southeast Asian Regions Only - Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam (S$19.90)
The rest of Asia & Australia ($46.90)
United States & Europe  ($56.90*)
*2% of total order handling charge is applicable.

7. Speedpost Worldwide Courier EMS mail service provided by SingPost  (to selected countries): UNAVAILABLE
TREOO.com allows buyers the choice of using a faster method of shipping than the normal standard registered airmail. EMS is a priority mail service, in Speedpost Worldwide Courier EMS mail is handled by Singpost SpeedPost service. EMS shipping offers delivery to most places within 1 - 4 working days, however this service is not available for all countries. If your country is not eligible and you choose EMS, you will be contacted by email with options on alternative shipping methods to your country.

Shipping fees will be advised to customer via email after a successful order is made. It will vary from country to country.

All EMS parcels come with online tracking, in almost all circumstances you will be able to track your EMS parcel from SpeedPost website even after the parcel has left Singapore.

Special note on customs:
If you reside in a country which has strict import controls, such as many South American countries, some Asian countries and places such a Italy, Germany and France, then please do be aware that your parcel delivery schedule may take longer than what has been advised above due to your customs needing to check the parcel and possibly assessing duty on it. TREOO.com has no control over this and customs inspection on a parcel is, at best, quite random, some people may get their parcel delayed due to customs, while many others in the same country will get their parcel with no delay.

Should you be charged for customs duty, TREOO.com will not reimburse this duty amount as we are not responsible for customs duty.
