These defective sets had been repaired and restored, then thoroughly checked and tested to meet the standards, before certifying them fit-for-sale as a 'Refurbished'. A refurbished set contains the same features and functionalities as a new model, and you may not be able to tell the difference from another brand new unit. Occasionally, there may be very minor cosmetic imperfections, and perhaps the product has been repackaged in none-branded packaging, but you can be assured that these products will function and perform perfectly. Refurbished sets are usually always sealed sets in most cases, so there is no way to check the actual unit prior to purchase.

Open-Box sets are usually customer exchanges, or returns by a customer during their return and exchange grace period being offered by Shopee and Lazada. These items are 'like new' and come with the same full manufacturer’s warranty, from the date of your purchase.
Such Open-Box sets can still be deemed as brand new, just opened (and perhaps tested), then placed back into the original product packaging. As such sets cannot be resold as brand new since the original seal may have been broken, we're listing them for sale at a discount.

Display Set units are items that used to be displayed in our Showroom for audition purposes. We do take care of all our display unit sets with pride, right from day 1 when they are opened as a brand new unit, till they reach the end of shelf-life (being discontinued) when the manufacturer, local distributor or agent calls for it that we put them up for sale at a discount. As we're in a Showroom setting, our display sets are definitely not abused like those sets found in shopping malls, where customer traffic is high and the sets being carelessly mishandled by thousands of patrons.
We do run a test of our display sets to quality check them, that they are working as it should, before we allow them be listed for sale. A display set contains the same features and functionalities as a new model, but it there may be some scuffs or blemishes since they've been in use for awhile, some for over 1 year, some just for a few months. With possibly little to no minor cosmetic imperfections, Display Unit sets are priced at a discount from the Manufacturers' Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). All display units are sold as-is, without any manufacturer's warranty. Exceptions may apply, if the display unit sold is sold still within the original manufacturer's warranty period, usually based on the product launch date locally, and is solely up to the discretion of the local agent, or their authorised service centre.
We highly encourage buyers to test and inspect the actual display unit prior to purchase. We will not be able to provide any refunds or returns past the purchase date.
