Self-Collection
Notice for Self-collection:
- Upon order placement, please wait for an official notification via email to confirm that your order is ready before collection of your order.
- Do not assume that once an order is placed, it will be ready for collection immediately.
- We may require 1-2 working days for stock transfer and order preparation, if our Showroom is out of stock for certain items
We offer Self-Collection at the following locations:
- Showroom (12pm~8pm) (Click to view our location on Google)
- Bishan MRT (Weekdays only: 8:30pm-9pm)
- Tampines MRT (Weekdays only: 9pm onwards)
- Yishun MRT (Weekdays & Weekends: 9pm onwards)
Local Delivery
Notice for local delivery:
- All orders are dispatched via trackable delivery service(s).
- For orders to be delivered by our in-house drivers, you will be notified via email on day of delivery. If no one is at the premise to receive your parcel, our driver(s) will contact you.
- All delivery-related requests are on best-effort basis, we cannot guarantee any of such requests.
- Should you only have a specific day or time-slot for delivery, we can only handle the delivery of your order via the 'Super Express' service.
- Deliveries are usually done between 9am-10:30pm for residential addresses, 9am-6pm for office addresses, and 8am-5pm for school/institution addresses.

We offer the following local delivery options, with the estimated lead time stated, within Singapore:
- 3PL Doorstep Courier (within 5 working days)
- Doorstep Courier (3-5 working days)
- Express Doorstep Courier (2-3 working days)
- Night/Weekend Doorstep Courier (2-5 working days)
- Super Express Doorstep Courier (Same / Next working day)
Overseas Shipping Information
Notice for overseas shipping:
- All orders are dispatched via trackable freight service(s).
- Please allow up to 3 working days for order preparation and handling of parcels.
- We ship internationally, except for special regions excluded by the respective freight/carriers
- We may contact you after order placement and payment, should there be freight charge discrepancy, as determined by the respective freight/carriers, due to but not limited to the following:
- Insurance add-on
- Remote location surcharges
- Emergency situation surcharges
- Residential address surcharges
- Special request surcharges
- Others
- We may recommend a change of freight service/carrier if they are more suitable for your ordered items.
We ship with the following freight operators to most of the world:

Delivery / Shipping Policy & Terms
Local/Domestic Doorstep Deliveries
- Additional surcharge of up to S$30.00 may apply to certain restricted areas if entry to premise takes a longer time due to tight security. You will be notified where applicable.
- All Delivery Lead Time are based on working days.
- We are not responsible for any items getting damaged, broken, or lost during transit.
a. Liability for any loss of delivery items may be covered by the respective 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) companies, and,
b. shall be limited to the value of the delivery item or as follows, whichever is lower
i) Normal Courier: S$50 per consignment
ii) Express Courier: S$100 per consignment
iii) Super Express Courier: S$200 per consignment
iv) Ordinary Mail: NIL
Overseas/International Shipping, Freight & Handling
- Tracking is provided for all International Shipping. All quoted shipping fees do not include shipping insurance fees.
- For shipment of products containing battery, we may first attempt to ship your order via your originally selected Shipping service. However, should the parcel be returned to us due to rejection, there may be additional administrative and shipping fees, to re-attempt shipment your order under another service that handles 'Hazardous Goods'.
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay for packages via overseas freight. We do highly encourage the that customers select to ship by international 3PL courier for the maximum speed, security and assurance.
a. Liability for any loss of delivery items may be covered by the respective 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) companies, bound by their Terms and Conditions of Carriage with standard liability.
b. To notify/contact us prior to shipment of your order, of your intention to further insure your package if insurance coverage is desired, for higher liability with value as declared on the waybill at the time of tender and an additional insurance with administrative charge paid for. This is especially advised for package value greater than SGD$60.
c. Such Terms and Conditions may be subject to change at any time.
d. Liability for loss of delivery items via Singapore Post (SingPost) under Postal services, is limited to a maximum of S$60.00.
e. Package claims are to be done only directly with the respective Carriers. We may provide any necessary assistance on a case-by-case basis, subject to the requirements of the claims process, set out by the logistics company. - Under-declaration of package value is discouraged. Special requests to under-declare needs to be done so before 'Processing Complete' order status, with a reasonable processing time period. This may be done, with full understanding of the implications that might occur in regards to carriage liability by the logistics company as well as the destination country's customs department.
- We are not responsible for any customs duty, taxes or fines imposed on any packages shipped. It is your responsibility to be in full knowledge of your country's Tax/VAT import duties based on the combined value of the product and freight amount, and you are liable to pay for any such duties.
- Covid-19 & related pandemic/emergency situation: Freight Fees may be temporarily subject to Emergency Situation Surcharge (ESS) and is subject to change without prior notice. You may be asked to do additional payment top-up to cover these imposed surcharges or make freight adjustments, before we are able to dispatch your package.
